Happy Thanksgiving!
We hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving! We had a wonderful Thanksgiving at Laura & Kevin's house. Tyler had a great time there playing with Lilly and Max. We are very thankful that they invited us. Well guess the countdown to X-mas is among us...Fun!! By the way sorry the pictures below are a little smudgy, it's because I didn't know the camera lens had stuff on it.
That's my boy!!
Another food hat!!

Tyler's fast food hat collection
Well, nothing to exciting here but we were at In-N-Out the other night... who are we kidding that's exciting enough, yum! Tyler has started a collection of fast food hats, first Hot dog on a stick and now In-N-Out. We really hope he outgrows this or else it's gonna be a pretty cheap college tuition!
By the way don't mind the goofy guy in the back.

Tyler's first egg roll
Well, we were at the mall ( surprise, surprise ) and we decided to have dinner there, Steph and Tyler decided they wanted Sbarro and I went for Neo Tokyo ( great chicken bowl!) Tyler ate all of his spaghetti... when all of a sudden he saw what was on my plate... an egg roll. He quickly asked to try it, and wouldn't you know it, he ate the whole thing. I think he'll be having egg rolls again.

Popcorn & no movie
Now this happened after the whole egg roll thing, we did Tyler's usual lap around the mall...water stream shooters, play place, wishing pond, little waterfall, and finally the fire pit. We usually just walk to the car at this point, but not tonight, There's a movie theatre right where we park and Tyler has never really paid any attention to it until for some reason as we walked passed it tonight he yelled out "Popcorn!" both of us were like "huh?" we really couldn't figure out how he knew there was popcorn in there because not only was there no one out there with it but you can't see it, smell it, or hear it from where we were... anyway we both thought it was pretty dang funny so we walked into the theatre just to get Tyler some popcorn... too bad for us it didn't involve watching a movie.

Tyler at the barn...sort of
This is actually one of the cooler play parks I've seen here (so far) Not only is it huge but it looks like a big barn. There are several huge slides, swing sets, a big sandbox where you can actually dig for dinosaur bones, and ( my favorite part) a path that looks like a racetrack where kids can ride they're bikes and power wheels. Tyler loves going there, and it's not to bad for us either.

Tyler lounging around.
This morning when Tyler was watching Little Einsteins I noticed he looked a little uncomfortable lying on the floor, I tried to take him to the couch but he wouldn't have it, he had to be on that particular spot. So I remembered that Tyler had a little la-z-boy chair that we got him a long time ago. So I pulled it out of his room and placed it right on that spot, he loved it. He actually fell asleep at one point on the chair...I hope he doesn't get used to that...hmm

Just some fun pictures
I Knew Tyler would eventually outshine his crazy dad, but I didn't think it would be so soon. We shot this picture last Sunday, thought it had a little blog worthiness.
Tyler has a habit of making Steph and I his own personal recliners, here we are unwinding to a little YGG before bedtime...
... too bad I didn't make it that far.

A quick trip to the mall.
We felt a little bored at home tonight, so we decided to go to the new mall here in town, just because it's a really nice mall and they have a lot of things Tyler loves, like a water stream shooter, a tot playplace, small water features and this weird ceramic pot that shoots fire out of it. Tyler had a great time getting some of that energy out, and we were happy to let him do it.
Adventures in babysitting
Tom and Jeni asked to watch their kids, so they could go with some friends and explore a cavern. We were happy to help... let me just say we are getting pretty good at being the parents of three. We decided that we all needed to get out of the house so we loaded them up and took them to them mall, where we went on the carousel and played in the play area. While we were driving to the mall Katie dropped a bomb on Tyler, crushing his dreams... Katie said " Tyler I'm your cousin" and Tyler replied " cousin oh man!" We had a really fun time but I am so grateful for naps.
