Just cause she's cute!

What the?!? Haylie is a month old??

Hard to believe that Haylie is a month old already, seems like just yesterday we brought her home from the hospital. Anyway here's a cute picture of Steph and Haylie in ( surprise, surprise)

matching outfits. They are both doing very well Haylie is still having a hard time sleeping at night, so you know what that means... no sleep for Steph either. As for me, Steph has been kind enough to let me get some sleep, thanks!  Not much else going on... Oh!...  I've also posted a few other things below this one. 

Boy, Haylie is growing so fast, it's funny we never really noticed it with Tyler but with Haylie we are noticing it everyday. Here are a couple of pictures of the two just having a little brother-sister fun. Tyler is a great big brother and is finally getting used to the whole family of four thing.

Here is Tyler... well ... uh ... going back to his baby roots. Every once and a while he will insist that he is a baby too! so instead of trying to explain to him that he isn't, we let him have a little baby fun time. Hope this doesn't last to much longer!

So my mom and dad came to visit us to see Tyler & Haylie, these are just a couple of pics of my dad and his grand kids. I'll post some of my mom too since she is staying with us for a couple of weeks.

Somebody's baking brownies!

So today Tyler ate like 8 different meals today and towards the end of the day he asked for some brownies! Now Tyler being the little cook that he is, couldn't just let Steph have all the fun. Tyler loved helping with the brownies, he even got to lick the beaters... lucky kid! 

Anyway we are all doing just fine, we are still trying to find some kind of routine with our kids, bedtime is still touch and go with Tyler and Haylie still has her nights and days mixed up a little. Other than those things everything else is peachy keen!

So Steph was bored today and decided to take some glamor shots of Haylie. They turned out pretty cute, don't you think? Anyway she is 3 weeks old now. We also survived our first week alone as a family of four, although Steph really wants her mommy back. She's been sick the last couple of days and the lack of sleep isn't helping. Oh, and Tyler has been improving on his toddler new baby jealousy thing, I think we're almost over that weird phase.

Haylie just relaxing in the tub, enjoying her first real bath.  Look at that tummy...as you can see our little 5 pounded doesn't skip a meal, she growing so fast!

2 weeks already!?

Haylie had her 2 week check up and now weighs 5lbs 8oz and has grown 1/2 an inch. Her doctor is really happy with her progress and says she looks great.  All of our wonderful help ( including Shannyn) have gone home and guess what? WE are parents of 2 now... well ... Steph really has them both  for most of the day, I actually get to go to work and talk to real grown ups. Steph and I have been trying to help big brother Tyler adjust to the change, it's touch and go but I think we will figure it out.
